Slow speed with BLE throughput example

With the throughput example if i use 2 WB55 boards, the maximum throughput that i get is 2KBps

DT = 2160 bytes/s lost = 0

If i use my phone with PHY1, i get 90KBps+ and with PHY2 sometimes its 150KBps and sometimes 15KBps, on download. With upload its only 42KBps and 75KBps with PHY1 and PHY2 respectively. Also if i open upload tab first and then click on download, thp PHY1 speed is reduced to 40KBps. Why is that the transfer rate is all over the place? Why is upload slower than download? Which of these values is the correct one?
