Purchaing 'Qualification Fee' for using BlueNRG module

Hi

  I am planning to use the BlueNrg module in my project , until I found out that I have to pay for the Qualification fee for using BlueTooth. Not sure if I dont display the logo I dont have to purchase it, or do I have to purchase it even if the logo isnt displayed?  Below is the link I was giving.

Otherwise, if it's a commercial product, yes.
