Program works in NUCLEO-WL55JC1 but failed in my own board with STM32WLE5

I developed a software to collect LC sensor measurement and upload the data to TTN via LoRaWAN. The software is working well in NUCLEO-WL55JC1 but failed to run on my own board with STM32WLE5 MCU. My program is written for single core only so it should be no problem to run on STM32WLE5. Unfortunately, it is failed. 

I would be grateful if any expert can give me some hints to solve the problem.

I finally got the program runing in our board after modifying some control GPIOs which are difference between our board and tthe NUCLEO-WL55JC. It can read the LC sensors and try to connect the TTN. Unfortunately, it is failed to connect the TTN and the software automatically switches from OTAA to ABP. It is set to use OTAA. Hope there is expert to give me a hand to solve the issue.
