P_NUCLEO_WB55(stm32wb55rgv6) Help!

error: no stm32 target found

1. Stlink is ok ,i can download program to another board.
2. As manual's configuration, I configure MB1355C(P_NNUCLEO_WB55), I can't enter dfu mode. But the usb dongle is ok. So i think usb driver is ok.
3. There is a 'FAIL.TXT' . The content is 'The interface firmware FAILED to reset/halt the target MCU'. I browsed through many posts , no body can solve.
4. When i use stm32cubeprogrammer, the error is always ' no stm32 target find'. When i refresh stlink, note' STLINK error(DEV_CONNECT_ERR).
5. I hold reset and download, it failed. I connect boot0 to 3.3V, it failed too.I don't how to continue. Does the chip(stm32wb55rgv6) is broken?

If I confirm the chip is broken, I give it up immediately.It's too torturous:face_with_tears_of_joy: .

Pnucleo have onboard STLINK separate USB con, hope you use it.

Version STM32Programmer ?

Setup Connect under RESET...SWD interface not DFU.

Hello,

The nSWBOOT0 option byte should be set to 1 in order to use DFU mode.

I use the methods : 'ubder reset' and dfu mode. I can't solve this problem, I don't know what to do next. My guess is that the chip STM32WB55RGV6 has gone bad, but I also have no basis.
