Options for long range comminication and data transmition for STM32H745 Nucleo

Hi.

I'm looking for best way to remotly control Nucleo based procjet around 500m-1km range or above if possible. I've been looking for radio solution but all accesable options are really short range like LoRa modules which can provide good connectivity on 300m max. nRF24 modules are interestin and some websites claming connectivity range 1km but i've been using those and they are good at 100m tops. There are some expensive solution from Texas Instruments but i'm looking something affortable. I know that i can simply use GSM module and have 4G and GPS i single module.

Is there a affortable long range, high power radio solution? I'm looking for something below 100$ price point. It needs to be able to transmit video from Nucelo cabable camera.

Lora with high spreading factors will get you above 1 km. But video is not low bandwidth. Expect GSN networks to be switched off in the next years. For video, go 4 or 5 G. Quectel has nice modules for that.
