Looking for Sample Code for B-L462E-CELL1

I've downloaded STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.17.0.

However in this package, there is no project code for B-L462E-CELL1, of which the MCU is an STM32L462REY6TR microcontroller.

Particularly I am looking for sample code for USART communications.

In the expansion package, I only find sample code for TCP echo.

Is there any sample code for USART communication?

I have got hold of one evaluation board.

This part of its release note mentions what sim card can be used with it. I wonder if I can use any other sim card with my local service providers, which is not included in the mentioned list.
