Dear St Community,I'm developing a work at Board Nucleo-WB55RG. I already get the Zigbee communication and USB communication working well on the board, but when I merge them in the same project, I have some problems.My PC identify the USB connection, but in the same project, when I put available the Zigbee on middleware STM32WPAN on the IOC file, I lost this USB connection. So, my PC doesn't identify any more the USB connection after that. Does someone know if there is some conflict between the USB communication and Zigbee on Nucleo-Wb55RG? Or can I solve my problem?
Hello,Can we include the lorawan stack inside the STM32CubeMX?What is the relationship between STM32CubeMX and I-CUBE-LRWAN?Best regardsMichel
After following these examples I am unable to put the device in STOP1/2 low power modes.Can someone please help with implementing low-power modes
Hi, I am using STM32WBA52CG. I am using the STM32 board as BLE_P2P_client, trying to connect my Mobile/ESP32 Server. But the BLE IP address itself not detecting. But, When I am using the STM32 as server, Esp32 can able to communicate with STM. Please advise on how we can create a communication with the external devices when STM32 act as Client. Note: I am using BLE_P2P_client Example. It is reaching to the "analyse_adv_report" function, there i put debug for BLE IP address. It is not detecting the mobile/ESP32 IP. Hi,Our custom module, built around the STM STM32WLE5CCU6 chipset, has been designed accordingly. However, we have received a new requirement from the customer regarding the EU433 region frequency. Could you please provide us with the application note and reference design necessary to modify our current design to meet the EU433 requirement?Regards,Rahul K V
I need your help with the STM 32wb5mmg. Not sure why power consumption is higher (x2) when VREFBUF is defined as an internal voltage reference. Is this possible because the Vref+ is connected to the VDD?. Appreciated if you could help with this
Hello, I am transmitting a messages using UART from one STM32WL controller and I want to receive this data continuously using another STM32WL controller. I have already implemented the polling, interrupt, and DMA methods but all the time I am receiving data only once. Tx code: /* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/ #include "main.h" UART_HandleTypeDef huart1; DMA_HandleTypeDef hdma_usart1_rx; DMA_HandleTypeDef hdma_usart1_tx; void SystemClock_Config(void); static void MX_GPIO_Init(void); static void MX_DMA_Init(void); static void MX_USART1_UART_Init(void); uint8_t tx_buff[]={65,66,67,68,69,70,71,72,73,74}; int main(void) { HAL_Init(); SystemClock_Config(); MX_GPIO_Init(); MX_DMA_Init(); MX_USART1_UART_Init(); while (1) { HAL_UART_Transmit_DMA(&huart1, tx_buff, 10); HAL_Delay(1000); } } void SystemClock_Config(void) {
Hello,In programming manual PM0271 - STM32WB BLE stack programming guidelineshttps://www.st.com/resource/en/programming_manual/pm0271-stm32wb-ble-stack-programming-guidelines-stmicroelectronics.pdfIn section 2.2The correct formula should be : (2402 + k*2) MHz, where 0 ≤ k ≤ 39The table 1 is not correct as well, it should conform to the formula.e.g. Channel 10 = 2422 MhzTested in hardware on NUCLEO-WB15CC using BLE_LLD_StartTone
Hi, I have a weird problem that occurs very rarely, so it's quite hard to debug. I would be very grateful for any advice.I have a device that uses STM32WLE5CC, with FreeRTOS, and it stopped working after two months of continuous operation. I attached the debugger to the device, and it says that it's in HardFault mode, but, although HardFault contains NVIC_SystemReset() command, device did not reset. There's also SysTickAct exception active.I cannot repeat the error, but, after trying a lot of things, and reading various resources, I found that the problem is exactly the same as 2.2.9 in errata, except, I don't have debug emulation enabled. But, when Systick interrupt happens with debug emulation enabled, the result is identical to my error.https://www.st.com/resource/en/errata_sheet/es0506-stm32wle5xx-stm32wle4xx-device-errata-stmicroelectronics.pdfIs it possible, although SysTick shouldn't be able to generate an interrupt in STOP2 mode because the clock is stopped, that the SysTick in
Hello,I need to output an analog audio signal from STM32WB5MMGH6. I did not see any DAC on this chip so my questions are:Is there another peripheral which can do this job that I didn't find in the datasheet ?Also, if I can't do it with a dedicated peripheral, can you confirm that a codec is the device I need as interface?Another solution?ThanksJulien
Hi All,Currently I am working on STM32WLE5CCU6 + RAK3172 using STM32CubeIDE. So I am checking Transmitting power.Currently I am getting transmit power of 70dmA. But I want it around 110mA. I have tried with different different macro. But it is not increasing the transmitting power.Can anyone guide me how can I achieve that.Note: Using RUI3 firmware given by RAK. We are able to get 110mA of transmit power. So hardware wise there is no issue at all.RegardsManan
Hi, I am doing a project on IR-UWB radar reflections. I came across STM B-UWB-MOD1. According to the documentation they are implemented as anchors and tags. Is it possible to configure these modules to detect their own transmitted Radar Pulse? I want to calculate the ToF from the module to the reflected surface without any tags.Thanks,Best Regards,Dilshan N
Hi, i'm new to this but i would like to know if it was possible to display decimal temperature on the smartphone. I need to measure water temperature for a project and until now the best i can do is display integer number only. I have a fonction in the main that can communicate with my temperature sensor and i write those result dirrectly in HTS_APP_Context.IntermediateTemperatureChar.MeasurementValue (hts_app.c file). The problem is that those number are uin32_t so I don't understand how to display decimal number. Do you have any idea how to help me ? Thank you for your time.
I am using a "STM32WB55 Nucleo Pack", when I trie to active the FREERTOS in a new project i can't choose the CMSIS_V1 interface and I need it to use the M0 and M3 processors.Instead of this, i can choose the CMSIS_V2, but I need the CMSIS_V1.Could anyone help me?Thank you.
i designed my custom Ble bord. but now this bord is not creating Bluetooth zoon.can anyone help me in this? thank you.

Hi, I try to save the configuration application in the internal flash memory of my STM32WB55 with this next fonction : static int write(long offset, const uint8_t *buf, size_t size) { size_t i; uint32_t addr = stm32wb_onchip_flash.addr + offset; volatile __ALIGN_BEGIN uint64_t write_data __ALIGN_END; volatile __ALIGN_BEGIN uint64_t read_data __ALIGN_END; vTaskSuspendAll(); __HAL_FLASH_CLEAR_FLAG(0xFFFFFFFF); HAL_FLASH_Unlock(); __enable_irq(); //To be sure that HAL_FLASH_Program to not bloc in get tick function for (i = 0; i < size; i+=8, buf+=8, addr+=8) { memcpy(&write_data, buf, 8); /* write data */ while(LL_FLASH_IsActiveFlag_OperationSuspended()); volatile HAL_StatusTypeDef status = HAL_FLASH_Program(FLASH_TYPEPROGRAM_DOUBLEWORD,addr, write_data); if (status != HAL_OK) { volatile uint32_t lastFlashError = HAL_FLASH_GetError(); return -1; } read_data = *(uint64_t *)addr; /* check data
Hi, i had a problem when i try to implement a bare metal code for STM32WLE5JC for GFSK modulation. The sync word in the reference manual of the MCU state that begin from registers SUBGHZ_GSYNCR0 - SUBGHZ_GSYNCR7 (Addresses:0x06C7 - 0x06C0), so it can be up to 8 bytes with the first byte start from SUBGHZ_GSYNCR0(0x06C7). But it not worked for me until i open SX126x datasheet which state the opposite, so GSYNCR0 - GSYNCR7 (Addresses:0x06C0 - 0x06C7) which is worked. I mention it here for someone else which may have the same problem.

In my custom board equipped with STM32WB15CCU6 MCU the BLE P2P client application does not work. I'm currenty using the BLE stack full version 1.15 flashed at address 0x08021000. I do not have LSE crystal therefore I use HSE for RTC wakeup (configured as suggested in the application "Configuring STM32WB for Bluetooth LE without an LSE crystal"). I'm able to discover the server because the event HCI_LE_ADVERTISING_REPORT_SUBEVT_CODE is fired but the function aci_gap_create_connection does not quit because M4 application stuck at UTIL_SEQ_WaitEvt (see image). Activating CPU2 debugging through GPIO I can see that after calling aci_gap_create_connection the event BLE_STACK_TICK is non more fired; probably the CPU2 core enter some loop code. In addition, the SYS_CMD_PROCESS event is set (the command is correctly interpreted by the BLE Stack) but it is no more reset therefore the command is not completed by the stack: this is why the M4 application is locked.Can someone help me to solve this
Im using stm32wb10ccu5 in my pcb i check everything possible. Try all resources in get. Try a lots of programs. But my devices not creating any Bluetooth zone. Now I am so fed up that I decide to move on ESP32. But before that I came here to express my feeling but is end now. Thank you
Hi, I use ST STM32WLE5CCU6 to design a Lorawan module, which is now undergoing Japanese safety certification. I have a issue with the Carrier Sense test project, I refer to the following document, but I still don't know how to do it. What command should I execute to complete this test? RF certification process for NUCLEO-WL55JC - Application note: https://www.st.com/resource/en/application_note/an5566-rf-certification-process-for-nucleowl55jc-stmicroelectronics.pdf Thanks, Sheng
Hello ST Community,I hope all are doing well...I am making one application of Smart meter, in which I am building and WAN network The hardware is intended to work in LoRaWAN and p2p mode in the different time frame For our application, we have chosen STM32WLE5CC SoC, on our custom hardware After PCB fabrication, while testing our custom nodes we find some difficulties in LoRa P2P mode and LoRaWAN mode. The node is designed to operate in the South African region so we selected the EU868 frequency band for our design.We design the custom board in a 4-Layers stack-up. We also implement impedance matching for RF traces where required.The design Stackup is here: impedance trace width according to our PCB manufacturer (PCBWay) are here: We made an RF network using the following reference: The schematic of my design is shown here:We are facing some problems while testing our custom nodes and the problem are described belowTesting Procedures we follow are:P2P MODE:-1st Cas
Hello All,I'm starting a project based on a STM32WL.After downloading the "SubGHz_Phy_Per" project I try to duplicate the project for my custom board based on the STM32WLE5CBUX.The "SubGHz_Phy_Per" project provide the HAL_Delay(Delay) via a call to the TIMER_IF_DelayMs(Delay) defined in the timer_if.c . And it works. The code is clear.void TIMER_IF_DelayMs(uint32_t delay) { /* USER CODE BEGIN TIMER_IF_DelayMs */ /* USER CODE END TIMER_IF_DelayMs */ uint32_t delayTicks = TIMER_IF_Convert_ms2Tick(delay); uint32_t timeout = GetTimerTicks(); /* Wait delay ms */ while (((GetTimerTicks() - timeout)) < delayTicks) { __NOP(); } /* USER CODE BEGIN TIMER_IF_DelayMs_Last */ /* USER CODE END TIMER_IF_DelayMs_Last */ }My project provide the HAL_Delay(Delay) via a call to the TIMER_IF_DelayMs(Delay) defined in the timer_if.c But the code is not the same and the HAL_Delay return without wating any delay.void TIMER_IF_DelayMs(uint32_t delay) { /* USER CODE BEGIN
