I would like to carify something regarding the STM32WL55. it is recomended to use a TCXO connected to PB0 as a supply, since PB0 can adjust the suppply to change the frequency, however, in this case shouldn't I use a VCTCXO? (Voltage Controlled TCXO)

Hello,

TCXO includes an oscillator which needs to be supplied. Voltage range is used to support a wide range of TCXO. Inside a given range, the voltage will not modify the frequency.
