I'm recieiving wrong dbm value on STM32WL can you help? urgently?

we are strugling in our project that is now in a trial with the customer and I need your tech support to provide the information on the way to increase the TX power to maximum. We are now seeing a -30dbm directly from the  STM32WLE5JCI6 pinout RFO_HP.

Please advise the correct way to enable the maximum output power.

I'm using coax cable via spectrum analyzer to measure it. what am I doing wrong?
