How to adjust the transmission power and sleep time in LoRa End Node application?

I'm trying to design my own LoRa application based on the End Node application example, I need to change the transmission power where exactly can I change it within the code?

Another thing is that the sleeping modes are a bit confusing, I need the MCU to go into the least consuming power mode after every transmission, is there a way to do this?
