FUS_STATE_ERR_UNKNOWN

Hi,

 

I am using the P-Nucleo-WB55x board and using the latest CubeProgrammer v2.16.0 and I tried to install stm32wb5x_Safeboot_fw.bin since the release note said we need to install this FW. I have this error.

The error said unknown. 

Is there a solution for this?

Can you share the screenshot of your FUS upgrade interface on Cube Programmer. It should contain the FUS and Stack Version.

Now I heard that I should not install the safeboot_fw.bin since my version is good. However, I still have an issue on the CubeProgrammer. It is about the "not STM32 target found." 

this is the log. What i did is that I liked to use the Mac_802_15_4_LPM_Periodic_Transmit application while I do 802_15_4 sniffing. The sniffer is working on the other board P-Nucleo and I liked to run this periodic transmit in another P-Nucleo. I did install fw and using IDE i did compile and load by the tool, then no target found error messages showing once i did "run" click. So I connected to Cubeprogrammer and I encounter the error of no STM32 target found. Same as IDE message. How to solve this kind of issue? What makes me avoid this issue?

Could you please check that JP1 is on the right position (on the USB_STL) and try using different connection mode. Well connected, open your FUS and share the screenshot of the view (after starting FUS and read FUS).

Im not expert for WB, but from name safeboot maybe this require some right steps to use this fw. Seems is designed maybe for this result = no access.

And WB55 nucleo is old board , for first FUS i preffer older version for example Cubeprogrammer 2.10
