Dificulties with the I-NUCLEO-LRWAN1 aka WM-SG-SM-42

Im trying to use the STM32 Nucleo Pack LoRa HF band sensor and gateway, and im trying to program the I-NUCLEO-LRWAN with the firmware, but im getting no responde from the shield. I did a little bit of research and found out about the firmware update that you can do, but every time i try to run the program, with the conections provided by the guide, the program doesn't open. Do you need to run de SWD connection + UART or only one of the two? Plus, since i tried to run the sm42_backup program, the shield doesn't even light up anymore when i plug it in.

You should try any other solution but I-NUCLEO-LRWAN1 aka WM-SG-SM-42!!

I had one who was responding, and try to update it with a new firmware. After no succes, the board do not answer any more to any request.

I try to get support from USI by email and by sending message on there Github! No response at all!!

Client support is really nonexistant here!! To bad!!
