Cell selection at 100 to 300mAh, Li ion, Li Polymer or LiFePO4

What are pro and con?  Re-charge cycle few days to few weeks.  STM32WLE5JC. TIA

For the battery, i suggest you to select the best one according to the life cycle, price, ... Also, for the recharge cycle, it should be up to few weeks but it depends on your application, the features that you are going to use, the low power modes,....

So the best way is to test you application to now what the exact Re-charge cycle.
