Any STM32 can be used for LoRA, they tend to focus on the Low Power ones because that's where the squeaky wheels are, but I've built / ported the LRWAN (Semtech) code onto F4 and F7 platforms, among others, to support LoRa P2P in applications where I want to avoid adding additional legs of latency and UART links, etc.
