Border router design with STM32WB55?

Can I design a border router using the STM32WB55?

I have experience building a border router with the nRF52840.

Have you been able to find any information on this. I would also like to look at a border router

using the STM32WB55 with something like a raspberry pi, but could find no info as yet on how

to compile the openthread stack as NCP to use the SPINEL protocol.
