Looks like you have removed JMP2!

If jumper removed, the VDD is disonnected from 3V3 so the STM32WL5MOCH6S has no power!

JMP2 can be used for current measurement.

Please show your wiring between the V3miniE and the B-WL5M-SUBG1 (MB1779B).

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

are you sure you have that ribbon cable the correct way around?

it's a foolproof device, isn't it ?

i'm working with a lsm100A, and it's ok.

thank you, I'm going to check wiring

Try using "Hardware reset" - the default setting is "Software reset"

That seems like a really poor design choice on the debug connector:

So the debug probe will report that the target has power - when it doesn't!
