Availability of STM32WL55 WLCSP59-Package

Hi!

I can't find the WLCSP59-Package at distributors like digi-key, mouser etc. It doesn't seem to be available. Does anyone know why?

Is this a matter of time (not in mass production yet) or a matter of volume (only sold to specific customers)?

If the former, when will it be available?

If the latter, which conditions apply? (NDA, minimal quantity, etc.)
