Astra1b: after flashing new application not working at all

Hello, 

who can tell me if I did something wrong?

really confused why it´s not working at all after I built and flashed the application on astra1b board.
Wireless stack: stm32wb5x_BLE_Stack_full_fw.bin

select the example customUC

change settings to generate bin and hex file

compiled successfully without any error or warning

flash the hex file successfully

but on the board seems nothing is running, no LED blink, no UART connection in device manager.

Update:

after I flash StevalAstra1B_BLE_Ota_1.15_LSE.hex  at address 0x08007000, it´s working

then it shows me the original problem 

• ASTRA1B: Lora has NOT joined
