Are there any single MCU + LoRa 2.4 GHz ICs in the world?

Hello @ShanikaNadun and Welcome to the ST Community 😊.

If you are looking for an STM32 MCU or another MCU that support the 2.4GHz  LoRa on the MCU. Unfortunately, such product is not yet available in the market. But, you can find modules such as the EMB-LR1280S that is based in the Semtech's SX1280 2.4 GHz long range transceiver paired with the STM32L073 MCU. It can communicate with other devices through a wide range of serial interfaces: UART, I2C, USB, SPI, I2S, various digital and analog I / O ports useful for managing external devices and interfaces. In addition, the extremely low power consumption provided by the STM32L073 MCU.
Best Regards.
