Why GUIDRV_SPage not included in Stemwin Library

Hi dear members,

I want to interface jhd12864 lcd using Stemwin library, The  segger document says that you can configure the KS0108 driver in the run time using GUIDRV_SPage.

But GUIDRV_SPage.h file is not included in Stemwin distribution..Please help me out in this.
