When I used CubeMX, I see that the middleware of the stm32h7 series has no graphics options, how can I use TouchGFX or Stemwin in CubeMX ? （stm32h755zi）

Yes, H7 does not have Graphics options available through CubeMX right now - It's hardcoded to only work for F4/F7 that have LTDC/DSI controllers. We're coming with a solution for that later this year, at least as far as TouchGFX is concerned. I don't know anything about emWin.
