Of course you can buy it separately, here for example.

The display can also be bought separately from Mouser or Digikey, for example, but it is only slightly cheaper than the complete X-NUCLEO-GFX01M2. That's why @Yoann KLEIN​ suggested the URL to buy a complete X-NUCLEO, which is definitely the easiest option.
