What is the clock rate to be set for LCD-TFT(MHz) and what does the value 1834 indicate? How do we calculate them?

Marked refresh count is partof SDRAM config ...

LCD dot clock is based on your LCD pdf plus framerate you use as optimal .

Normal calc is (WIDTH + sync porch ..) x ( HEIGTH + sync porch) x FPS = DCLK
