Unable to locate .ioc Path error from TouchGFX tool

How could I refer path of .ioc to TouchGFX ?

Is the .ioc file located at the indicated location ?

Can it be accessed by TouchGFX, meaning is it readable by TouchGFX ?

If you change your project of location and close CubeIDE is it still giving you this error ?
