I'm trying to create new project with STM32H7B3I-DK and the following error is reporter. Designer version 4.15.0

Supprisingly it worked today just fine. I've tried yesterday and the result was not OK, but today it works. I'm sure it was not my internet connection, because I could see TouchGFX downloading some data and after that error message appeared.

Anyway, thank for helping with the issue, I can go back to my project now.

It's not your internet connection that was the problem but simply the connection to the server where you have the Application Templates. Sorry about that.

If it happens again, doing what mentioned in my previous answer should fix the issue in most cases.

Here is a link to download the application template for the H7B3 dk board: the http://sw-center.st.com/touchgfx/pacman/4.16.0/STM32H7B3I-DK/STM32H7B3I-DK-3.0.4.zip

The issue could come from your firewall, are you downloading it on your private or office computer ?

Hi,

Close TouchGFX Designer before opening a browser like Microsoft Edge and reopen it. This error message can also appear when your internet connection struggles downloading the packages due to its size/your internet connection speed. So you might need to try a few times unfortunately or download directly the TBS through this link for the STM32F469I Discovery kit:
