Designer's How do I change W and H in Config-Display-Dimensions?

I think you need to set those when "Create New Application". In that screen, you can set the width and height. But that may not help you if you're intending to use the STM#@F769i-Disco.....

You may need to do this through STM32CubeIDE / CubeMX and set it up in the TouchGFX Generator (Customize it to your size). Note that you'll have to change the LTDC settings as well.
