TouchGFX 4.20.0 ,"you are not connected to internet" error

you are not connected to the internet. but currently, when this peace of software named "touchtgfx designer" shows this bug, I am in realtime writing you this request. or do you shut down your servers on weekends?

Faced the same issue. But it was my network limitations. You can switch to another network and try, this one worked for me.

Which version of Windows are you using ?

Did you try to open a web browser and close/reopen TouchGFXDesigner ?
