TFT-LCD with ST7282 Driver IC for TouchGFX

I am looking into using an STM32 with TouchGFX to drive a 4.3" TFT-LCD. The TFT-LCD will have ST7282 type of internal driver. Is there driver for this already? Or do I have to write my own?
