Hi!

Today, when i opened my TouchGFX 4.22.0, I found this strange banner.

When I clicked on the link to the documentation page, the web browser opened to https://support.touchgfx.com/4.23 

Is it happening at someone else?

Yes, that is also happening to me. I have just emailed ST tech support about this.

6월에는 4.22 버전이 출시됐고, 다음달인 12월에 4.23 버전이 출시될 예정이다.

It was an error from our side, we apologize for the issue. The problem should be resolved now.
We will indeed release a TouchGFX Designer 4.23.0 version in few days, the banner is supposed to be used on that new version.
