STM32H747I-DISCO screen horizontal artifacts

Hi,

I recently purchased a STM32H747I-DISCO board from Mouser. As far as I know it was new and not used.

After I flashed the ST demo application I noticed that the screen quality degraded over time and the white objects started to show white horizontal lined on the left side of the screen. If I unplug the board for 10 minutes the screen recovers and after about 2 minutes the image degrades again.

Has anyone experienced this kind of artifacts? Is this a known SW/HW issue or shall I go in the direction defect HW?

It seems that there was a problem with the received unit. The replacement from Mouser worked perfectly :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:
