STM32F429 LTDC and DCMI application issue

Hi Everyone:

Below is my planning function block.

Now I have a few questions if you have any idea or experience. Please help to share.

Normally, the display module will be operating with the CMOS sensor to show the real-time image.

When video signal input, then MCU will turn off the CMOS sensor and enable the SN74AVC32T245(Transceiver) to let the video signal to display module.

My question is

Q1: When the video signal is input and through the SN74AVC32T245 to the modules. The LTDC pins of the STM32F429 should be in which mode? 

Q2: Is it possible without any buffer through the STM32F429 DCMI interface to show the real-time image from the CMOS sensor?
