Okay, if you have the same issue with a blank application, then it should have nothing to do with the image file names. I forgot to add that when you rename the images, you have to instruct the designer to use a different range of images in the properties of the animated image.

I tried a new project with blank UI and "error during code generation "
again
I renamed ani_0x.png files at assets folder and reopen project
":animation image ani_14.png does not exist"

I just tried installing a windows 10 virtual machine and running the designer with Turkish regional/language settings. I could compile and run applications, so it's not that.
Could you try reinstalling the designer to some other location just to rule out any issues with the installation?
