PN532 SPI and LTDC non compatible

I am currently using Pn532 nfc SPI and lvgl for the display in STM32F469. I am using freertos to run both pn532 and lvgl display at the same time. But i have problem where i am using HAL_LTDC_Init(), the nfc wont read the card. Can someone help me about this pls? or any suggestions will much helpful. thank you
