Not available examples and Board Setup for Internet connection out or not out?

Hi guys,

Sorry, i download v 4.18.1 TouchGFX and i see that is not possible to see the example, the board uploaded and so on.. above there is a warning that see.. You Internet connection is out.. but i check it more time.. it is up. Why? Someone have had the same problem?

There is something to configure about internet connect in touchGfx Design?

I try also with version 4.18.0 and 4.17.0 i see the same warning and i can't acces on selection board setup and examples.. :(

Can you share your log file please ? (the path for it is : C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\TouchGFX-4.18.1\TouchGFXDesigner.log) I'll try to have a look.

I see on your image that you are using Windows 7 right ? You're issue might be due to your Windows version. Indeed, we don't support Windows 7 and Windows 8 anymore in our newest versions, so if you use w7 or w8, I recommend you to use older version of TouchGFX Designer.
