Micro controller programming space.

I want to work with Touch Screen which is support "ILI9341(LCD Driver) and stmpe811(Touch Driver IC)" these two driver.I am confusing in selection proper micro controller of stm32 which have proper space for my program. Suggest me which series is good for me in very area(programming space ,GPIO's, Price{LOW} etc.).

There is a STM32 MCU finder PC or android app for narrowing selection based on individual criterias.

Micro Controller Selection is for operate motors by touch screen and for data saving. Not for PC or android application. Thank You telling me that there is separate rang for PC or android also .
