LTDC generation code issue

Hi,

some thing is strange with the cube ide in the display controller LTDC initialization . i choose 1 layer only but the cube ide generate code for 2 layers!!

First time to see such thing

As a workaround , you need to delete the unnecessary code (the wrong config of the unused layer).

Need to know the part number used, the config and the tool version or it will be more better if you share your ioc file.

@Community member​ & @TWard.1​ : Issue confirmed and now fixed, the fix will available for the next CubeIDE/MX release (1.5.0 - 6.1.0 ) which will be W47/48.

what is the impact and the workaround? It seems that this is causing my double buffering to not work properly and write to the other layer?
