Is TouchGFX only for STM32, it's possible to run an TouchGFX app on Linux, Raspberry?

This is probably the stupidest question asked here but, i want to be absolutely sure.

It's TouchGFX only for smt32 microcontroller? or can i use TouchGFX with a Esp32 for instance?. 

And, there is a way to develop a desktop aplication with tochGFX, can i develop an app for running on a Raspberry Pi?. tanks so much.

TouchGFX is only available for STM32 and currently only runs under Windows.
