Graphics tend to require a lot of memory and pins. The resolution of the display being a primary driver. Enumerate your wish list of features for a display, it will probably help narrow down what's actually appropriate.

According to the cited page, 100 pins and upward

I don't think it uses DSI.

If your needs are less exotic you can attach self-contained screens to pretty much any MCU. Some of the 320x240 displays have on-board memory, and interface via an SPI connection.

If i attacch the display to this MCU STM32U535CC - Ultra-low-power with FPU Arm Cortex-M33 MCU with TrustZone, 160 MHz with 256 Kbytes of Flash memory - STMicroelectronics it should have enough memorey to support the appliaction
