Is it possible to draw just only one pixel using DMA2D?

Hello,

My question would be the same as on top of this post. So far i was not able to do it. I know that DMA2D is intented to send large buffers instead of 1 pixel, but i'm curious becasue I would like to implement some function which will draw a vertical lane with 1 pixel width.
