Integrating My own LCD to STM32F429ZI

I Have STM32F429ZI board which is working well with its inbuilt LCD board. I want to integrate my new LCD board from 3rd party. But when I connected the pins correctly and I turn on the board , the LCD board returns no response even the backlight is not ON..

My LCD board is 3.5 Inch with ILI9488 driver.

I have checked the connection and continuity no short in the connection. Anyone, please help me resolve this issue
