Check out the Washer Demo from the designer. It uses a Dynamic Bitmap to display decoded MJPEG frames in an application.

Or sort through the list of posts in this forum related to JPEG decoding / DynamicBitmap. There's a working example of how to use DynamicBitmaps to display a software decoded JPEG image.
