I am planning on getting the STM32F769I-EVAL‎ and B-LCDAD-HDMI1 and noticed that the DSI port has the same connector in both PCBA's QTH-030-02-F-D-A Is this a BOM and Schematic mistake?

Don't get confused by the screens in the EVAL's BOM, you want the MB1219
