Question

I am developing a HMI solution which has to work in a extreme noisy environment. My problem is I wanted a HMI solution that will work on 5V so there will be high noise immunity but STM don't have any So which MCU family i can use for this? Can I use

What do you mean with "extreme noisy environment"?

No chance using a (grounded) case for shielding, EMI-compatible PCB layout, conditioning / filtering of IO signals?

We're making electronics for >20 years now running on 3.3V and less for industrial environments, so it should be possible.

5V would limit your choice so much, it will be hard to find some powerful controller.

circuit is placed near to a induction coil which is main source of noise.

Noise immunity comes with differential pairs. Usb, dsi.... even below 2v
