How to use Graphic LCD with stm32f103c8t6?

Hello everyone, im new on stm32 programming and have some questions. Is there anyway to use graphic LCD with stm32f103c8t6 series? And how can i learn to programme it? When i have to programme a device with STM32 , then should i read all datasheet of stm32f1 ? It is 1200 pages
