How to use 20*4 lcd ?

I want to use 20*4 lcd . Can any one suggest me a link or guide to code ( without using I2C).

This class of displays come in a number of formats. The 16x2 ones are very similar, both in interfacing and programming.

Many of the Olimex, IAR and Keil boards had them, code, video and tutorials are out there if you look a little. Interfacing mechanics between Arduino and other micro-controllers, is all very similar.

Perhaps seek training locally.
