How to interfacing LCD ldtc with STM32F429iit6 with 24 bit display

I am working with stm32F429iit6 and I am trying to interfacing LCD ldtc with 24bit display but when I tried i just get a white screen backlight on display, i go through different articles and procedures but getting same result.please help me with same.

Did you check the application note AN4861: LCD-TFT display controller (LTDC) on STM32 MCUs?

Yes, i have gone through it and it is still not working . I also used the different examples provided by st but its not working,i only getting white back light. please help me with any alternative option.
