Histogram Graph, edit a single value

[MPast.1]

Hi all,

How is it possible to change a particular index of Histogram graph?

I would like to change item n°2 (see the picture) from a start to a final Value, without redraw entire graph.

Second question, Is it possibile to change the colour of a single item?

Thanks in advance
