In TouchGFXProjects \ hoge \ TouchGFX \ build \ bin

intflash.hex, target.hex, extflash.bin are created.

Please explain these files.

What is the format of extflash.bin?

I would expect that it is a linear binary representation of the data as it appears in memory, does it look like something else?
