Hello, I am getting an error while creating a file in TouchGFX. What could be the problem?

Unfortunately, only giving the screenshot of the message error will not help. As the message states, please look at the log file to know more about the error.

Also it indicates TouchGFX 4.10.0 while we have released 4.17.0 already.

Please upgrade your TouchGFX Designer to the latest version.
