I found the error. I changed the language and regional settings from Turkish to English in Win10. Problem is solved. thank you for your concern

This means that this path is wrong somehow.

With this much information it's unfortunately complicated to provide any help.

How's your project architecture ?

Can you provide a screenshot of the console showing your error ?
